War on Drugs - Illegal War

When the government banned alcohol they had to amend the constitution - amendment 13, because the constitution guarantees us certain unalienable rights, like freedom. They repealed amendment 13 to undo alcohol prohibition

Nixon wrote the war on drugs. Reagan enacted that law - as a war. That war is a war against the U.S. citizens. I have a blog entry from 2 years ago on this subject. I've been actively trying to stop the war on drugs for a long time.

They declared it a war, because they couldn't amend the constitution - because it's illegal to tell American's what they can or can't put into their own bodies. And because after amendment 13, the congress and the senate would have no more of it.

This entire war on drugs is unconstitutional. The government has no right in the first place, unless they amend the constitution. That's a fact. It was proven by amendment 13.

Now, the brutal truth of this is that legally, and constitutionally, the American Government is currently at war with the U.S. public. Our own government has been waging a war against us for 40 years. This war costs about 60 billion per year in direct costs, and about 1 trillion per year in indirect costs.

Think about it...
